Hey. My name is Karolina Martinson and I live on Styrsö in the southern archipelago of Gothenburg. For more than 15 years I have had a passionate interest in our fine Swedish seaweed, and in creating a Swedish food culture where seaweed has an obvious place on our plates. I call myself a seaweed diver, sustainability inspirer and ambassador for the new sustainable Blue industries of the future, and I just love being able to tell you in as many different ways as possible about how you can pick and enjoy the seaweed and the beach plants, but also about how we can relate to the sea and the raw materials that come from it in a more sustainable way. I am convinced that one of our very best ways to learn and understand new things is through what we experience.
