Seaweed safari with outdoorcooking Vrångö

Come and experience the waterfront pantry just when much of the edibles we can find below the surface and a bit up on land is at its finest. I will take you out into the beautiful nature of Vrångö, and with the utmost regard for the place we are, I will show you some of the seaweed varieties and edible beach plants that you can most easily find and recognize. You can choose whether you want to experience the seaweed under the surface or from land.

Together we will then cook a meal with simple cooking methods on what we have found, and talk more about how seaweed can become an asset in your own kitchen, and why seaweed is so amazing both for us and our oceans.
